The Rotating Screen is used to recover fibers from hydrapulper reject. When the hydrapulper’s main accept flow is lead to the storage tank directly through the pulper screen plate, the reject is taken to the Rotating Screen . The fibers still remaining in the reject, and reject is conveying forward by screw flight in drum. By gravity effect, accepts and small impurities passing hole 10mm screen enter the vat. The larger impurity is washed off by fan nozzles in order to proven fiber loss with impurities discharging. |
